In addition to getting the information you need and receiving help with your questions from our customer advocates, you may also wish to voice a concern about the health plan. Voicing such a concern or complaint is known as a grievance. You can file a grievance by contacting the plan directly by phone, mail, or fax. Customer Advocates are also available to help you document a complaint

You can also file a complaint/grievance directly to Medicare. To do so, you will need to fill out the Medicare Complaint Form online. Other Medicare contacts, such as your State of Idaho Ombudsman are also available to hear your concern.
